ECG & Respiratory Measurements

Our ECG and respiratory monitoring platforms deliver continuous, high-fidelity data on cardiac conduction and pulmonary performance during all stages of preclinical testing. Telemetry-enabled systems track arrhythmias, conduction delays, and repolarization events in real time, while simultaneously measuring respiratory parameters such as tidal volume, respiratory rate, and airflow dynamics. These systems operate seamlessly during dosing, challenge, and recovery phases, capturing transient adverse events and enabling exposure-response correlations that are central to regulatory interpretation. By integrating ECG and respiratory data streams with PK/PD sampling, we provide sponsors with multiparametric datasets that directly link drug exposure to physiologic response.

Advanced algorithms quantify heart rate variability, QT/QTc prolongation, and ventilatory irregularities, while secondary endpoints such as oxygen saturation and blood gas analysis add further translational depth. This multipronged approach ensures that potential cardiopulmonary liabilities are identified and characterized early in development. Our platforms are maintained under validated GLP conditions and produce datasets tailored to meet global submission requirements, providing sponsors with confidence that their therapies can advance safely through regulatory review.
