Breeding, Housing, & CDC Quarantine
Built for Compliance. Backed by Experience.
AGI operates secure, purpose-built housing, breeding, and CDC-registered quarantine facilities for nonhuman primates in strict accordance with federal regulations and international standards. Our 100+ acre campuses integrate controlled-access housing, biosecure outdoor enclosures, and specialized quarantine suites engineered for compliance with 42 CFR Part 71 and CDC Division of Global Migration and Quarantine requirements.
All programs are conducted under AAALAC International accreditation and in full compliance with USDA Animal Welfare Act regulations and OLAW/PHS Policy on Humane Care and Use of Laboratory Animals. Validated SOPs govern intake, health screening, pathogen exclusion, and clearance procedures, with comprehensive documentation maintained to support regulatory audits and sponsor reporting.
Our infrastructure includes redundant environmental controls, biosafety systems, and validated sanitation protocols, ensuring containment integrity and operational continuity. AGI’s veterinary and technical staff are trained to CDC and USDA standards, providing sponsors with the regulatory assurance, animal welfare oversight, and data integrity required for high-consequence research programs.
