Can you design a custom collection protocol?

Yes. Custom protocols are designed with your scientific team, including defined donor demographics, serial versus terminal collection, tissue type, processing method, and aliquot format, volume, and labeling, with chain-of-custody documentation throughout.

Which donor species are available?

Rhesus, cynomolgus, and African green monkeys and mouse and rat donors are available from our colonies, with capuchin and additional species on a per-request basis. Donor population is matched to your collection protocol and downstream assay requirements.

How are samples shipped?

Shipment is coordinated on dry ice or liquid-nitrogen vapor, or ambient and refrigerated per sample type, with chain-of-custody documentation, schedules aligned to your lab timelines, and domestic and international coordination with receipt confirmation.
